Meet Bikram Choudhury!

This sadistic little man thought it would be fun to turn up the heat (40 Degrees) and the humidity (40% ) in the yoga studio and practice 26 specific postures in sequence TWICE for 90 minutes.

We have been practicing Bikram Yoga since early September. We love it! It has improved our flexibility, our wellbeing and our waste lines! This 90 minute class is a great way to do something for ourselves that is healthy.

Going to Yoga is also a great way for us to meet new friends and for us to interact with the friends who we have introduced to Bikram Yoga.

If your looking for a challenge mentally, physically and emotionally you should try Bikram Yoga! It is amazing!
